Tamara Lieberman M.D. is now offering a model of care that is individualized and comprehensive, with a focus on prevention and wellness. Her membership based model will serve a maximum of a few hundred patients so that each patient gets the time they need and deserve.
Our Model
For an annual fee, Dr. Lieberman will take care of all of your primary care needs including a complete annual physical and additional follow up visits either in person or via telemedicine. There are no co-pays or hidden fees, just the exceptional care you deserve. You can continue to use your insurance for labs, imaging, specialty care, and hospitalization. More time will be spent with your physician in each visit, and you will have direct and easy access to Dr. Lieberman.
